I'm a College Girl Now!
written on Saturday, Aug. 21, 2004 at 10:11 PM

Ok, so maybe it's been three months, we'll all live.

I'm no longer a Flowtown girl, haven't been for about a month and a half now. No sir, I now live in Mobile.

Um, let's see if I can remember what's went on the past three months.

June I was at home. Worked my ass off at Pretzel Maker. There was one week where I put in about 43 hours. I was working nine hour shifts with no lunch break and all kinds of crazy stuff. So that's pretty much how I spent my last month in Florence.

I also spent a whole lot of time with David... I knew I would have to spend the next whole month without him.

July came and I worked for the first week or so. I came to Mobile on the 1st to sign my lease and move some of my things in and then I went back to Florence for about a week.

My birthday was the 9th. I'm now 18. I spent all day with David. He got me one of these cool mirror hanging thingies from a store in the mall and he got me a full body massage and took me out to eat at Riccatoni's and he got me a $50 gift certificate to Victoria's Secret. It was such a great birthday!!

Two days after my birthday I moved here, to Mobile. My mom and g-ma only stayed a night and then they left, left me alone.

I sat around my apartment for about 3 weeks before I got a job. I got a job as a sales specialist at Victoria's Secret. I really really like my job. I get to sell bras and panties all day and I really really enjoy it.

My mom came back to see me around the 25th of July and brought Libby with her to stay with me. But Libby is a really bad dog so I had send her stanky ass home. She is just way too hyperactive for me to take care of her.

David came and saw me the last day of July and stayed with me for about a week. We just layed around my apartment and did pretty much nothing.

It was so great to see him again. Going a month without seeing him was really one of the hardest things I've ever done.

But then he left but a week later he came back and we went to the beach together and spent a few days at the beach. It was alot of fun.

After the beach he moved into his dorm and my parents came to see me before school started and Summer and Ashley came to see me too. It was great.

But now it's just me and David now. We're living the independent life except for the fact that I wash his boxers. LOL!

We also had a little incident with me dish washer the other day where my dear sweet David put regular dish soap in the dish washer and we ended up having a foam party in my kitchen. I thought it was really funny but it was a pain in the ass to clean up.

But I haven't lived at home for a month and a half and you know I still haven't stayed out past 12 yet. I can't seem to make myself stay awake that long. LOL! I try.

But that's pretty much a lowdown of what's been going on. Classes start on Monday and I think I've got a pretty easy schedule. I'm more happy than ever that I took all those classes in the past few years. I'm starting college as a second semester freshman and I get to take easy classes this semester b/c I've already got alot of my freshman classes out of the way.

I'm taking fresh. comp., philosophy, gen. psychology, art history, and french. I really think it's gonna be really easy.

But I'm sittin right now in David's dorm room. My laptop died and it's away gettin revived so I gotta use his until I get mine back. Him and three other guys are sittin on the other side of this here desk on the bed of his roommate that never showed up watching the Dave Chappelle Show. They keep giggling and its not really that funny.

But I think I'm done here. Hopefully it won't take me 3 months again. ;-)

... toodles.

Life is like a harmonica: sometimes it sucks, other times it blows.

I live for the nights that i wont remember, with the friends i will never forget
